Admissions

We use a secure online journal where we share photos, observations and assessments on your child during their time with us. We also hold regular parent meetings to discuss your child's progress and development.

We have set staff in each room on a daily basis and when staff are on holiday or absent due to illness we have familiar supply staff who cover within pre-school so there remains continuity for each child.

To ensure a smooth transition into pre-school we recommend some settling-in visits for all children to enable them to adapt to their new surroundings and to meet staff and children in the room. We also offer a home visit to help support the child to become more familiar with their key person.

In our Little Explorers room we have up to 6 children (18mths-2yrs) with staff ratios 1:3, and up to 14 children (2yrs-3yrs) with staff ratios of 1:4 In our Little Detectives room (3yrs-4yrs) we have 20 children with staff ratios of 1:8

We are registered with most childcare voucher companies for parents who receive childcare vouchers through work and this amount will come off your monthly invoice.
